How do orders ship?
We currently work with PostNord as our shipping carrier.

How much does it cost to ship items purchased from the shop?

For countries within Europe(regardless of their EU membership):

• FREE shipping on orders over $49
• Shipping & handling is a flat rate of $5

If your shipping address is in Alaska or Hawaii, unfortunately we are unable to ship to you at this time.

International:
For the rest of the world:

• FREE shipping on orders over $100
• Standard: DHL First Class International - $15
• Priority: DHL Priority International - $40

*Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees that may be billed by customs in accordance with your respective country's policies.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Payment through Paypal is also available at checkout.

RETURNS:

Can I return my order?
Due to the incredibly intensive process required to make each small batch of Bare Origin's products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based solely on dissatisfaction.
Each product is made with care and love by a small team here, we hope you understand, processing returns is very difficult.
That said, we are more than happy to offer a return on a product that is in damaged or defective. 

How can I make my return?
As said, we are more than happy to offer a return on a product that is in damaged or defective. If this is the case with your item, please send a detailed note within seven days of delivery to us at info@bareoriginskin.com and we will take care of the issue right away. Following this seven days, no returns or exchanges will be granted.
